U.S. Industrial O-Rings
No. 436 x 36: - 70 Nitrile, 90 Nitrile, or 75 Viton
The U. S. Industrial Standard kit, No.436 x 36
represents an outstanding value in O-Ring kits. Each
kit contains a total of 436 O-Rings in 36 different
sizes, which provides an extremely low cost per size
value. Included AS568 sizes are: -005 thru -018,
-110 thru - 121, and -210 thru -219. The 436 x 36 is
packed in our own compact 36 compartment box (see
Kit Style No. 1) with a Contents Identification Card
that gives dimensions and silhouettes of each ring.
Available in your choice of 70 durometer nitrile
(Buna N), 90 durometer nitrile, or 75 durometer
Viton.

Metric O-Rings
No. 500 x 36: - 70 Nitrile and 75 Viton
The 500 x 36MM is an extremely useful metric O-Ring
assortment containing 36 metric sizes commonly used
in industrial and automotive applications. Each kit
is packed in our own indestructible 36 compartment
polypropylene box (see Kit Style No. 1). and
includes a Contents Identification Card showing
actual dimensions in both inches and millimeters, as
well as silhouettes of each ring. Sizes range in ID
from 2.2mm to 20mm, and in 6 different cross
sections up to 3mm. Available in either 70 durometer
nitrile (Buna N) or 75 durometer Viton.

Quattro-Seals
No. 226 x 360:
Quattro-Seals are designed to have four sealing
surfaces as opposed to only two for O-Rings. This
doubling of the sealing surfaces reduces the amount
of squeeze required for a positive seal. As squeeze
is reduced, friction is lowered, thus extending seal
life. Kit No. 226 x 36Q contains a total of 226
Quattro-Seals in 36 popular sizes along with a
Contents Identification Card. Quattro-Seals are
molded from a top quality 70 nitrile (Buna N)
compound and are packed in our compact 36
compartment box (see Kit Style No. 1). Included
sizes are -005 thru -018, -110 thru -121, and -210
thru -219.

O-Ring Warehouse Kit
No. 1110 x 150: Our O-Ring Warehouse: - 70 Nitrile
and 90 Nitrile
Our O-Ring Warehouse kit is ideally suited for the
factory maintenance department that needs a large
on-hand selection of O-Rings to insure continuous
operation of production equipment. No other O-Ring
assortment offers this kind of coverage in one kit;
1,110 O-Rings in these 150 different sizes: -001
thru -046, -110 thru -151, -210 thru -237, -325 thru
-338, and -901 thru -932. Each size is individually
packaged in heavy duty ziploc poly bags to protect
against environmental exposure and contamination.
All packages are then stored in a sturdy styrene
cabinet with pull-out drawers for easy access to
parts (see Kit Style No. 4). lncluded card shows
size, dimensions, and drawer location for each ring.
The 1110 x 150 O-Ring Warehouse is provided in a
high quality 70 durometer nitrile (Buna N) material,
except sizes -901 thru -932, which are 90 durometer
nitrile.

Similar to the O-Ring Warehouse described above, the
Quattro-Seal Warehouse kit contains a total of 583
four-lobed seals in 145 different sizes. This kit is
ideal for the small distributor who wishes to have a
comprehensive on-hand inventory of Quattro-Seals for
counter sales. Included sizes are -004 thru -048,
-108 thru -154; -204 thru -239, and -322 thru -338.

Japanese O-Rings
No. 380 x 36J: Japanese O-Rings
The Japanese Industrial Standard lists 194 sizes of
O-Rings which are unique to Japan’s automotive and
machine tool industries. Our Kit No. 380 x 36J
contains 36 popular JIS sizes, totaling 380 rings in
all. The provided Contents Identification Card shows
dimensions in both inches and millimeters, the JIS
part number, and silhouettes of each ring. The 380 x
36J is furnished in a top quality industrial grade
70 durometer nitrile (Buna N) compound which meets
both JIS and ASTM material specifications, and is
packed in our own compact 36 compartment box (see
Kit Style No.1).

Boss Seal O-Rings
No. 250 x 12: Boss Seal O-Rings: - 90 Nitrile or 90
Vitron
The 250 x 12 is an assortment of O-Rings for use in
sealing straight thread tube fittings in a boss.
These are the familiar “-900” series O-Rings
required for the design and service of hydraulic
equipment of all types. The included Contents
Identification Card identifies the corresponding
tube O.D. as well as actual dimensions and
silhouette of each ring. Each kit contains a total
of 250 boss seal O-Rings in 12 popular sizes (-904
thru -916), packed in a 12 compartment polypropylene
box (see Kit Style No. 2). Kit No. 250 x 12 is
available in either 90 durometer nitrile (Buna N) or
90 durometer Viton.

No. 200 x 12: Plumber’s-Pak O-Rings
Our best selling O-Ring kit, the 200 x 12
Plumber’s-Pak, is ideally suited for both plumbing
and industrial service. Each kit is packed in a
compact, styrene plastic box (see Kit Style No. 3)
with a Contents Identification Card showing actual
O-Ring dimensions and AS number. Also specified on
the card are the various plumbing fixtures each
O-Ring fits and a silhouette of each ring. O-Rings
are provided in 12 popular sizes: -010 thru -012,
-110 thru -116, and -211 thru -212, for a total of
200 pieces. This kit can also be ordered as an
Industrial-Pak, without plumbing references. O-Rings
are provided in a high quality Nitrile (Buna N)
rubber suitable for all plumbing and many industrial
applications.

Standard "O" Ring Kit
No. 382 x 30 - Nitrile:
Kit No. 380 x 30 - Nitrile 70 Duro is widely
accepted as the industry standard "O" Ring kit. Each
kit contains a total of 380 "O" Rings in the
following AS568 sizes: -006 thru -012, -110 thru
-116, -210 thru -222 and -325 thru -327 (all sizes
also conform to AN6227). The attractive deluxe
plastic case features a post-and-recess style
storage system, a built in cross section gage, and a
generic size reference sticker on the front. Each
kit is also packed in an individual plain carton.

Contoured Back-Up Rings
No. 293 x 36B Contoured Back-Up Rings
Contoured back-up rings are typically used in
dynamic sealing applications where hydraulic
pressure exceeds 1500 psi. The use of a back-up ring
extends the life of the O-Ring and thus prevents
premature O-Ring failure in high pressure operating
environments. Included in our kit No. 293 x 36B is a
total of 293 back-up rings in 36 different sizes:
-005 thru -018, -110 thru -121, and -210 thru -219,
in a 36 compartment polypropylene box (see Kit Style
No. 1). Back-up rings are molded from a special high
modulus 90 durometer nitrile (Buna N) compound
designed to provide maximum extrusion resistance.
Also included is a Contents Identification Card with
dimensions and silhouettes of each ring.

Twin-Pak O-Rings Kit
No 435 x 24: Twin-Pak O-Rings - 70 Nitrile or 75
Viton
Kit No. 435 x 24 is our Industrial Twin-Pak (b-Ring
kit, designed to handle a multitude of service or
design requirements. Each kit consists of a total of
435 O-Rings in 24 different sizes, packed in two
separate 12 compartment plastic boxes (see Kit Style
No. 2), and enclosed in a protective corrugated
sleeve. Also included is a Contents Identification
Card showing actual O-Ring size, 0-Ring dimensions,
AS number, and silhouettes of each ring. The
Industrial Twin-Pak is available in either 70
durometer nitrile (Buna N) or 75 durometer Viton,
and contains these popular AS568 sizes: -006 thru
-012, -110 thru -116, and -210 thru -219.

Teflon O-Rings
No. 325 x 36TOR: Teflon O- Rings
Teflon is not a rubber compound, but rather a
thermoplastic resin of fluoroethylene. As such, it
is frequently specified as an O-ring material in
applications where operating conditions preclude the
use of conventional rubber elastomers. Teflon
O-Rings can withstand temperatures up to 500° F and
are impervious to a wide variety of chemicals. Our
Kit No. 325 x 36TOR contains 325 Teflon O-Rings in
36 different AS568- sizes: -005 thru -018, -110 thru
-121, and -210 thru -219; and comes in our own
compact 36 compartment box (see Kit Style No. 1) The
included Contents Identification Card shows sizes
and dimensions on the front and silhouettes on the
back.

Teflon Back-Up Rings
325 x 36TBU: Teflon Back-Up Rings
Single turn Teflon back-up rings will help control
O-Ring extrusion into clearances
caused by high pressure. These rings are compatible
with all hydraulic fluids, since they are virtually
chemically inert, and can be used in applications
involving elevated operating temperatures. Also,
Teflon back-up rings can greatly improve O-Ring
performance and extend service life even if
extrusion does not present a problem. Our kit No.
325 x 36TBU contains a total of 325 single turn
back-up rings, per MS 28774, in 36 different sizes.
This style features a 22° scarf cut to facilitate
installation. Included with each 36 compartment box
is a Contents Identification Card which lists the
size and actual dimensions of each ring. See Kit
Style No. 1 for illustration of box type.
