Manufactured
from Allstate 1171 - woven, carded glass cloth
coated on both sides with a heat-resistant binder.
Easy to fold and 4 to 5 times more resilient than
regular tacky cloths under same load. For better,
safer and longer lasting seal.
Typical
Tadpole construction - a high-temp wrap
over a core of soft fiberglass rope.
The lip of the wrapping cloth extends to one
side forming a flange. Secure the tape to
the door frame with fasteners. The round
portion of the tape is a cushion upon which
the hatch is closed and forms a seal.
