ALLSTATE GASKET WARRANTY INFORMATION

Allstate Gasket's Warranty Information

Allstate Gasket, Inc. ("Allstate") products are guaranteed for a period of thirty days from the date of original purchase to be free from defects in material and workmanship and to render satisfactory service provided they are used for the purposes and in the manner for which they are designed. The buyers sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty shall be the replacement, without charge, and not including installations or other costs, of any Allstate product which, upon inspection, is shown to be defective to Allstate's reasonable satisfaction. Allstate shall under no circumstances be liable for incidental or consequential damages for economic loss or injury to a person or property.

Any claim on account of a defect in the product shall be deemed waived by the buyer unless written notice thereof is given to Allstate within thirty days after discovery thereof.

Exclusion of Warranties: The warranty described herein shall be in lieu of any other warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose.

Oral statements made by Allstate salespersons about the products are not warranties and shall not be relied upon by the buyer. This writing constitutes the final, complete and exclusive expression of the terms of the parties.

Materials used in Allstate products and available sizes are subject to change without notice.

Return Policy:

At Allstate Gasket & Packing, Inc., we make every effort possible to ensure that all of our customers get the correct and highest quality products with the best advice available. In the event that you wish to return an item, please take note of the following:

•	Please email or call us for a return authorization code. Items cannot be returned without prior approval. Returns are handled on an individual basis and may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%.
•	Allstate Gasket is a fabricator. We do not accept returns on special order or custom fabricated items.
•	We do not accept returns after 30 days.
•	Shipping costs are not refunded.
