Allstate Gasket's
Warranty
Information |
Allstate Gasket, Inc.
("Allstate") products are guaranteed
for a
period of thirty days from the date
of original purchase to be free from
defects in material and workmanship
and to render satisfactory service
provided they are used for the
purposes and in the manner for which
they are designed. The buyers sole
and exclusive remedy under this
warranty shall be the replacement,
without charge, and not including
installations or other costs, of any
Allstate product which, upon
inspection, is shown to be defective
to Allstate's reasonable
satisfaction. Allstate shall under
no circumstances be liable for
incidental or consequential damages
for economic loss or injury to a
person or property.
Any claim on account of a defect in
the product shall be deemed waived
by the buyer unless written notice
thereof is given to Allstate within
thirty days after discovery thereof.
Exclusion of Warranties: The
warranty described herein shall be
in lieu of any other warranty,
express or implied, including but
not limited to any implied warranty
of merchantability of fitness for a
particular purpose.
Oral statements made by Allstate
salespersons about the products are
not warranties and shall not be
relied upon by the buyer. This
writing constitutes the final,
complete and exclusive expression of
the terms of the parties.
Materials used in Allstate products
and available sizes are subject to
change without notice.Return Policy:

available. In the event that you
wish to return an item, please take
